Online Store Terms of Service

1. Who we are
This store is operated by Acne Care Network CO, Ltd, a Colorado limited liability company, d/b/a ACN Co. ("ACN Co.," "we," "us"). These terms apply when you use our online store or buy products from us. By placing an order, you agree to them.

2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be 18 or older to buy. A person under 18 may use the store only through a parent or guardian, who places the order and agrees to these terms. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.

3. Client-only products
Some professional brands are sold only to established ACN Co. clients. To see prices and buy them, you must sign in to an account that our staff have approved. We approve accounts at our discretion and may remove approval when someone is no longer a client. Prices for client-only products are shown only after approval. Professional-use products are not sold online.

4. Orders, pricing and limits
Products are for your personal use. You may not resell them. We may limit quantities, and we may refuse or cancel an order that appears to be for resale, exceeds a limit, or comes from an account that isn't approved for a client-only product. Brands may limit discounts, so a discount or promo code may not apply to every product. Member discounts apply online only where the brand allows and never to client-only products. We work to show accurate prices and product details. If a price or description is wrong (for example, a typo), we may cancel the order before it ships or contact you; if you were charged, we'll refund you in full.

5. Taxes and shipping
Colorado sales tax is charged where required and shown at checkout. Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. We ship only to the continental United States, except Washington State for now.

6. Skincare, not medical treatment
Our products are skincare products for use at home. Buying a product is not medical treatment, and product information on this site is general information, not medical advice. Read and follow each product's label and directions. Patch test a new product on a small area first. If you have a reaction, stop using the product and contact us; if it's severe, get medical care right away.

7. Returns
Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

8. Memberships and services
Memberships and programs are governed by our Membership Terms (https://www.acnco.com/terms-of-service#membership-terms), not these terms. These terms govern product orders. If the two conflict on a membership or program purchase, the Membership Terms control.

9. Site content
Text, photos and logos on this site belong to ACN Co. or the brands we carry. Please don't copy them for commercial use.

10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a product order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Products come with any manufacturer warranty that applies, and nothing in these terms removes a warranty or right you have by law. This section does not limit liability for personal injury caused by our negligence, for gross negligence or willful misconduct, or any right under the Colorado Consumer Protection Act or other law that can't be waived.

11. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by Colorado law. Any dispute that isn't resolved informally will be brought in the state courts located in Jefferson County, Colorado. Either of us may bring a claim in small claims court where it qualifies.

12. Changes
We may update these terms. The updated terms apply to orders placed after we post them, and the "Last updated" date will change.
