Gift Card Terms

Paid gift cards. ACN Co. gift cards bought with money never expire and have no fees of any kind. They can be used for products, services, memberships and programs at our Arvada, Littleton and Louisville Advanced studios and in our online store, where accepted. They can't be resold or redeemed for cash, except that we'll pay out a remaining balance of $5 or less in cash on request. Gift cards can't be returned or refunded. Purchases made with a gift card are refunded back to a gift card.
Lost or stolen cards. Treat your gift card like cash. If you bought or received it by email or added it to your digital wallet and can show the code or proof of purchase, contact care@acnco.com and we'll reissue the remaining balance if it hasn't been used. We can't replace a lost card we can't verify or that has already been used.
Promotional cards. Promotional cards or vouchers given free (for example, a first-time or Glow Up promo card, or an Ambassador reward card) are not paid gift cards. They have no cash value, can't be cashed out, may have conditions, and expire on the date shown on the card. Only one promotional card per visit unless the card says otherwise, and they don't combine with member discounts or other promotions.
